A crescent of modest, affordable homes for seniors, single parents, and working families — dignified living at a cost families can carry, with a path to stability and ownership.

A welcoming central gathering place for meetings, meals, classes, and celebrations — the heartbeat of the neighborhood where residents connect, learn, and belong.
The Community Garden
Shared vegetable plots, fruit trees, and a gathering gazebo at the heart of the neighborhood — where neighbors grow food, friendships, and roots together.
